Edwina was born in Dublin and grew up in Preston, Lancashire before moving to the
East coast of Yorkshire as a teenager, where she has been based ever since. Her
beautifully written songs, charming stage presence and voice of an angel have won
her a reputation as a true natural talent of gentle folk-americana. She has
opened numerous shows for Jools Holland and Van Morrison and the title track of
her album Pour Me A Drink was covered by Nanci Griffith who calls her 'the
sweetest voice in England'.
Holly Taymar is a singer, guitarist and songwriter from York. Having discovered
her passion for performance whilst in her teens, Holly started performing
professionally at the age of 18. Now, at the age of 24, Holly has notched up
hundreds of live appearances across the UK. Holly's beautiful voice and relaxed
performance style, combined with a natural stage presence and rapport with
regular accompanist Christopher Bilton, have earned her a reputation as one of
the North's most respected acoustic performers.
Andy Stones is a singer/songwriter and guitarist, born and raised in Yorkshire's
capital city, York. He started playing the guitar and writing songs at the age of
14, and now, almost 16 years on, Andy has gained a wealth of experience playing
the acoustic music scene all around the north of England. He has made various
appearances on local and regional radio as well as performing at The BBC's
Television Centre.
